Happy Mother's Day to Me!!!

We had delightful weather here on my second Mother's Day, and my little one took a 3 HOUR nap!  I didn't know what to do with myself!  We then headed to the park and some friends took some much-needed pictures of me 'n' my girl (I don't have a single picture of me and EJ on my first Mother's Day - still breaks my heart, but these pics sure help quite a bit!). 

And, btw, this is my poor job of skimming down from the MANY that were taken.

A big girl eating a big banana!  Wow - seems like a long time ago I was feeding her mushed up banana out of a jar.

Check out this hairdo!  We had been outside and her cheeks were all chaffed...and then she rubbed her dinner all in her hair.  Eew.

San Juan, Puerto Rico!!!!, Part 2

I've been back for a few days now...it's been hectic, but I'm still so glad that I got to go!  Not only was the experience great for me, refreshing for me to get out of STL, but the flight from PR to Miami was breathtaking!  Prior to heading home, a few of us were "wined and dined" at the Ritz Carlton, which was fabulous!  Some of the yummiest food I've had in a long, long time!

Gorgeous views out the plane...only about half an hour into the ride home. 

Silly picture of me and a hat full of goodies.  As we traveled to our offsite dinner on Sat night, our driver had this hat full of chips at the front of the bus.  I went up to get some water out of the cooler he also had up front, and suddenly, everyone wanted something, too, so I "had" to do a "walk of shame" with the hat and then served everyone what they wanted, and made friends with the driver, too.  :)
